Shipping Policy

At Pretty Girls Love Jesus, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. That's why we offer fast and reliable shipping on all orders placed through our Shopify store. Please read through our shipping policy carefully to ensure that you understand our shipping procedures and policies.

 

Order Processing Time:

All orders placed before 3PM EST are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Time:

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the continental United States. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days for delivery. Expedited shipping options, such as 2-day and overnight shipping, are also available for an additional cost. The cost for expedited shipping will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

 

Shipping Locations:

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, expedited International shipping  is not guaranteed in 1-2 days. Sorry we do NOT ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

 

Tracking Information:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages:

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

 

Returns and Exchanges:

We accept exchanges and store credit on all items within 14 days of purchase. Please see our return policy and FAQ for more information.
