How do I redeem a promotional code

PGLJ delivers the most competitive prices every day to our clients. Reduced prices on eligible sale items happen automatically, regardless of cart size. Sale prices are displayed directly on the product pages. Special sales are a must and in those cases offers can be redeemed by simply adding the required code during checkout.

 

How long will it take me to get my order?

For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 7-10 business days. Please note, we ask that you allow up to 14 days for your package to be delivered before contacting us to open a claim.

 

For Faster or Fastest shipping, our Expedited shipping rates vary based on weight, mailing address, desired delivery date. Please note, while most packages do arrive within 1-2 business days of the estimated 'faster/fastest' delivery date, we do not guarantee delivery on the estimated date shown during checkout. We can not guarantee 1-2 day shipping on most overseas shipments.

 

All orders placed before 3PM EST, will be processed the same day, any order placed after will ship the following business day. Once your order has been placed, you'll first receive an order confirmation email followed by a shipment notification email with tracking once shipped.

 

Products from the same order may be shipped from different warehouses. This does not affect your shipping cost but may require the order to be delivered in multiple packages and the shipping time may vary. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account.

 

Please note, we ship only within the continental United States. We do not currently ship to PO boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

 

Please note PGLJ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

 

How do I return my order?

You may return your order for an exchange or credit to PGLJ within 14 days of the purchase date by following the return instructions on the Returns page. RETURN SHIPPING IS CURRENTLY  THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.

 

We highly recommend saving the receipt or tracking details verifying the return of your goods. If you have a problem or discrepancy (including shortages, damages, etc.) with an order contact us within 72 hours (3 CALENDAR DAYS) of receiving goods.

 

Please note we are not able to accommodate any style, color or size swap or exchange requests via a replacement order. Items that have been CUSTOMIZED including ANY earrings are FINAL SALE items and are not eligible for return.

How long will it take to get my refund?

Our warehouse typically takes between 5-7 business days to process a return after being received. Once the return has been processed by our warehouse a credit will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. In total this entire process can take up to 14 business days. Be sure to save your proof of postage until your return is completed.

How do I cancel or change my order?

As soon as you place your order, we begin processing it. Therefore, we are unable to change or cancel orders. Please visit the RETURNS page  if you wish to submit a return authorization once your order has been received. The terms and conditions for returns will apply.

How do I check the status of my order?

We have you covered! We will email you as items in your order ship, or if there are updates on the status of your order. Can't find the email? Make sure to register and login into your account to check the status of your order.

Please note PGLJ is not responsible for stolen packages.

Where is Pretty Girls Love Jesus based?

Our office is in Worcester, Massachusetts , just a few miles from one of the greatest cities in the world BOSTON and the kind of people who say "Wicket Awesome" and “On Dawgs” (really)! Unfortunately, we aren't a storefront, so we do not offer the joys of shopping on these amazing city streets.

Why did I only receive part of my order?

Don't worry, it's on its way! While we do our best to ship all orders in one package, there are times when orders will ship from multiple warehouses. If you did not receive multiple tracking numbers, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance. We also don’t ship less than perfect quality! If an item is out of stock or so popular that the last one left has any flaws you will receive an email notifying you of when you will receive such item. Only God is perfect but PGLJ is pretty close!

Where can I find product sizing information?

Product sizing varies between different garments, accessories and styles. Product size information can be found in each product detail tab. Unless otherwise specified sizing is in inches and is taken with the item lying flat.

How can I pay for my order?

PGLJ currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

How do I take advantage of tax exemption?

Unfortunately, PGLJ currently is a traditional e-retailer and we do not support tax exemptions. We recommend purchasing through an apparel wholesaler to better meet your exemption needs. Please email Diel.LG@PrettygirlsLoveJesus.com for bulk ordering and large order discounts, however taxes will still apply where applicable.

I received the wrong goods, what do I do?

Again God is without stain or sin and Although we strive for perfection, we are human and sometimes the wrong items are shipped from our warehouses. We are so sorry for any inconvenience this has caused, and our customer service team is here to help make things right. Please contact our customer service team via our contact us information, Please put WRONG GOODS RECEIVED in the title/subject line so that they can work to get you your goods as soon as possible.
