Frequently Asked Questions
How do I redeem a promotional code?
Our best prices are already applied to eligible sale items on the product pages. If a special offer needs a promo code, simply enter it at checkout.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping takes about 7–10 business days. Please allow up to 14 days before opening a claim.
Expedited shipping rates vary by weight, address, and delivery date. Most expedited orders arrive within 1–2 business days of the estimated date, though this timing is not guaranteed. Overseas shipments may take longer.
Orders placed before 3 PM EST ship the same day. Orders placed after 3 PM EST ship the next business day.
You’ll receive an order confirmation email followed by tracking details once your package ships.
Some orders may arrive in multiple shipments if items come from different warehouses. This will not affect your shipping cost.
We currently ship only within the continental United States and do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
Pretty Girls Love Jesus is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
How do I return my order?
You may return your order for an exchange or PGLJ store credit within 14 days of purchase. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Full instructions can be found on our Returns page.
Keep your receipt or tracking information until your return is complete.
If you receive damaged or incorrect items, contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
Custom items, including any customized earrings, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How long will it take to get my refund?
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, it usually takes 5–7 business days to process. After processing, the refund may take another 5–7 business days to appear on your original payment method.
The entire process may take up to 14 business days. Please keep proof of postage until your refund is complete.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We begin processing orders as soon as they're placed, so we’re unable to cancel or change them. After receiving your order, you may request a return following our return guidelines.
How do I check my order status?
We’ll email you updates as your order moves through processing and shipping.
If you can’t find the email, log into your account to view your order status.

Where is Pretty Girls Love Jesus based?
Our office is in Worcester, Massachusetts, just a few miles from Boston. We're an online retailer and do not offer in-person shopping.
Why did I only receive part of my order?
Some orders ship from multiple warehouses, so items may arrive separately.
If you didn’t receive more than one tracking number, contact our customer service team for help.
If an item is out of stock or the last piece doesn’t meet our quality standards, we’ll notify you by email. Only God is perfect, but we aim to be close.
Where can I find product sizing information?
Size details are listed in the product information section on each item page. Unless noted otherwise, measurements are in inches and taken with the item laid flat.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Do you offer tax-exempt purchases?
We’re a traditional online retailer and do not support tax-exempt orders.

I received the wrong items. What should I do?
We’re truly sorry for the mix-up. Our team will fix it as quickly as possible.
